I recently joined VAN Gallery and I am thrilled and grateful to be able to restart a relationship with my enduring love of painting, after a gap of what seems like a lifetime. I studied fine art ( painting and sculpture ) in Birmingham and went on to do a post graduate teaching certificate. I did some teaching and them moved to Wales for a few years. But life takes many turns and we all have to earn a living however we can, so art took a back seat even though I continued to paint for myself. Van Gallery gives creative people a platform and a purpose, if one is needed, to share with others our view of the world.
